NEERG provides green products to help people save energy and protect the environment, and provides green services and solutions to our customers and business partners as well.

NEERG is focused on energy saving and enviornment protection, our green products are highly correlated with a wide coverage in applications, therefore it is easy to find green solutions to your life and environmental problems.

1. Catalogue
To follow the green concept and save resources as well as we could, we do not print catalogues, and try to present all products and related resources online.

2. Margin
To keep our products at most reasonable prices, so that most common people can afford low carbon lifestyle, we guarantee a margin rate of no more than 10% for all the products.

3. Pricing
On the website, you can find two types of prices: Exworks (ex.) price and FOB price.
Exworks price: purchase cost at factory + margin + banking cost, excluding inland shipping cost, customs charges and others.
FOB price: exworks price + inland shipping cost + customs charges (customs clearance + DOC)
On request, we would show the related cost and charges, margin in details for our customers’ reference.
The prices are based on minimum order quantity (MOQ), and negotiable against bigger order quantities.
To find satisfactory solutions to your business, it is suggested that you notify us your expected order quantity, technical requirements and target prices, and we will make greatest efforts to meet your needs.

4. Sourcing/Purchasing/Procurement Agency
If an agreement on sourcing/purchasing/procurement agency is reached between NEERG and Buyer, and a commission rate is stipulated, we guarantee no hidden commission or kickbacks from the manufacturers.

5. Sampling
Samples are always available for customer’s testing and evaluation; the sample pricing differs factory by factory, and will be given against sample order.

6. Inland Shipping Cost
We usually ship our goods domestically through two logistic companies as a default way.

They are reliable and reasonable, most importantly, the rates can be checked and cargos can be followed online.

7. Factory Inspection
We assume our customers for the right to know where and how their products are produced, and how the quality is guaranteed.
We try to be most open and transparent in cooperation with our customers, and consider it to be the basis of long term cooperation and sustainable growth.

8. Warranty and After-sales Service
All products are covered by the standard warranty of manufacturers.
In case of faults and defects, measures will be taken and solutions be found in a shortest time due to good communications and relationship with manufacturers and technical staff.
To achieve this, the close collaboration from the customer is of key importance .

9. Payment Term
We always accept payment by telegraph transfer (T/T), 30-40% paid in advance as deposit, the balance paid before delivery or against B/L copy, depending on the payment terms accepted the manufacturer.
Regarding samples, we prefer payment by Western Union or other private ways to avoid banking charges.

10. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
MOQs are designated by the manufacturer, and prices are calculated by MOQ-related cost and charges.
In most cases, MOQs are negotiable, but the prices are suject to an increase.

11. Packing Terms
Most products are packed in standard export carton, while suffocating-free wooden box is used for heavy equipment/machines, bubble bags for small delicate bags etc.
OEM is available for most products, customers can have private labels and logo/trade marks on their products and user’s manuals, and some extra cost may be charged to customers depending on the order quantity.
