Solar Refrigerators and Freezers

 
Solar powered refrigerators and freezers operate on 12 or 24 VDC with eco-friendly CFC-free DC compressor (for thermoelectric cooler, no compressor adopted), powered by solar PV panels combined with deep-cycle storage batteries and charge controller, without inverter to convert DC power from PV panels to AC power. They are very useful in rural areas where electricity grid often does not reach or is not always reliable as some poor developing countries.
Solar powered refrigerators and freezers are cost-effective and can be powered by solar, wind, fuel cells and batteries as well with low energy consumption, less expensive power systems and low operating expense, excellent reliability and long life.
Our solar refrigeration systems with bigger solar PV modules can operate 24hrs/day, 365days/year under average 5 daily hours of sunlight, 2 days power storage for no sun conditions, with 5meters of 1*2.5mm2 PV cable .
